Bird Strike: This is a Beechjet 400. Originally designed by the Japanees and Raytheon Aircraft purchased the rights. It takes of at around 138mph but this does not look like a takeoff strike. The nose is too high during take off for this strike. It was probably curing decent at around 200 knots or 230mph. All worked the way it was designed to. even though it penetrated the skin, it did not cause a crash. By the way, there is a learjet in the background.

Probally on take off: this probally happended on take off. The plane appears to be a Bombardier/ Learjet. Im not sure but I think the approx take off speed is around 100 kts but im not positive. There is actually a video on military.com that has a fighter that is brought down by a bird, the pilot has to eject. btw This would force the crew to land the plane as quickly as possible.
