  Immature Bald Eagle.... 1) the plumage stops half way down the leg (Golden Eagles have feathers all the way down the leg). 2) The tail is white. 3) There is no dark band termination on it's white tail as found on the younger Golden eagle. Just my thoughts...Really big Bird though.

    @PillowDoodumm a shark IS a fish....and EAGLES are birds. Hawks don't get nearly that large.
