  pretty sure that is the nanpu bridge in shanghai china was on it years ago, quite breathtaking to go ariund those loops goes over Huangpu river google earth at 31d12'27.21"N 121d30'01.01"E

  Rainbow Bridge in Tokyo. I've been on it. It goes over a major shipping lane so it has to be high off the water. And if you have ever seen pics of downtown tokyo, there isn't enough room for a straight incline to get that high

  Why would they make a road like this? The loop is entirely unnecessary and likely the cause of atleast a few collisions.
