not really ironic... you cant see the warning when there's no sun, and when there is no sun, there is no need for the warning

@konsyIm glad o see not every1that comments are retarded. Good point. Also At noon it is less of adamaging need to be said since the wave length is mose obsorbed by the atmoshpere.

DUMBASS! the suns UV rays pass through more of the atmosphere later in the day and earlier in the day.. at noon, they pass through the smallest amount of the atmosphere as they ever will, therefore posing more of a risk than any other time. around 2 pm is the hottest part of the day but you will get more burnt at noon.
