  This is actually against the law. I challanged a lady doing the same & charged her with obstructing traffic. A police officer witnessed me not being able to get around her and about 14 mutts. I went to court, she ended up having to stop her BUSINESS during working hours, and I hmmm, hmmm, should I say made out like a bandit. Lets just say, my new BMW was 95 % paid for by her.. Mwuuuahhhhhhyyyyhhhh... mwwwwuayyyh............
