The tour is rumored as an attempt to gauge her viability as a presidential candidate. Yes, because it makes sense to be mad about gas prices while driving around in a huge bus. And although she has made no formal announcement to run it would definitely make the presidential race much more exciting. All joking aside, I hope she runs for president, because I think she could really fix America....haha man I almost made it through that last one.
