Hi I'm Mike McAlister and this is NewsFeed. The No Child Left behind Education standard is being reviewed after millions of children were callously left behind. So far, 10 States have received waivers allowing them to set their own education rules. I went through highschool under the no child left behind program and I can tell you with confidence that To Kill A Mocking Bird is a book. What's causing the dumbification of America's youth is not poorly constructed standardized tests, the blame really falls on Idiotic television programming and stupid internet videos that lower the IQ and attention spans of - oh look it's a cat!
