I'm Mike McAlister and this is Newsfeed. While hiking in Big Bend National Park a six year-old boy sustained serious injuries after being attacked by a mountain lion. You want me to make this entertaining? I guess when it comes to misfortune you can say that small boy received the lion's share. I don't like this. Big Bend National Park is ranked as one of the darkest places in the country, perfect for star gazing or horrifying accidents. Can I stop? Park rangers have issued a statement saying "children should not be hiking alone in the mountains at night." Or doing anything alone. They're children!
