Some light is about to be shed about the mysterious illness that has kept Eagles star wide receiver Jeremy Maclin off of the field. Everything thus far has been kept a complete secret, leaving the fans and the media in the dark. All they've said so far is that it's caused him weight loss and weakness and he hasn't been anywhere in public. But Maclin's brother does promise that good news is coming and he'll be back catching passes any day. So I'll make a diagnosis based on my expert medical knowledge: He's lost weight, he's tired, and he hasn't wanted to leave the house: Looks like somebody has the run-sies!!
