Today is the 5th of May, Cinco de Mayo. Now we all know it’s a day to party, but not everybody knows the history. Cinco de Mayo is to commemorate the “Battle of Puebla” in 1862 when the Mexican Army defeated the French. Now listen, I know doesn’t sound very impressive now, but back then, I guess the French actually had an army. Cinco de Mayo is celebrated in the Mexican state of Puebla and in the United States. It’s actually cool to be Mexican, today!
