Belmont Stakes Contenders
The final race of the Triple Crown will be run at Belmont this weekend. No horse has one the Triple Crown since Affirmed did it in 1978 and this year will be no different.

Break.com StaffThe Belmont Stakes is being run this Saturday June 11th and is the 3rd leg of the Triple Crown. As is the case with most living things with three legs this year’s Belmont Stakes is useless. I was going to insert a penis joke in there but horse racing is too classy for that. No horse has won the Triple Crown since Affirmed in 1978 and this year is no different because two different horses won the Kentucky Derby and Preakness. Animal Kingdom, Shackleford and Nehro are at the top of everyone’s contender’s list. But who really cares, because horse racing, which used to be the sport of kings is now relegated to midgets, degenerate gamblers and Saudi Arabian Oil Sheikh Terrorists.
