During a soccer game in South America sudden gusts of winds blew signs off the stadium and at the players. Check out the guys dodge these 200-300 lb signs.

Not South America, South Africa. Looks like its at Ellis Park (JHB) teams maybe Kieser Chiefs vs. Orlando Pirates

Correction needed: This is actually in South Africa and not South America! pity its not full as the locals love their soccer, only 2 - 3 teams though that fill the grounds, they have most of the support. that ground is used for international rugby so doubt the boards are that poorly attached!

Classic: some of those players "dodged" those signs like Saddam managed to stay hidden and safe. Thats ok, theyre not employed for their cerebral abilities, they'll probably become better with brain damage.

what i dont understrand...: is that how can the wind make the '200 - 300lb' signs competly fly and not the ball ?????? explain that

    • Greatmoneynu76

      Greatmoneynu76 - 2 years ago

@NOTORIOUS_GI dont think they are 300 lbs: they probably weight more like 15-20lbs (made of aluminum and that plastic fabric most likely). They have allot of surface area and are light so it makes for a good wind sail. The ball is aerodynamic and has opposite force behind it from a kick, so It will most likely go against the wind fairly easily. If you notice, nothing else in the stadium was blowing around either.

HOLY SHIT!: You can tell that this is in slow-mo, too, just look at the ball. What I love most is that they keep playing!
