They have you all fooled: If you look at the license, under Class it says NONE. They are just walking in and getting an ID. They are not getting a drivers license.

@RungsiYou are fooled: Look at the news story video about it on our break page. All virginia licenses say class none unless you drive a motorcycle.

How do you know?: That they arent video taping themselves walking into the and out of the DMV and making these licenses themselves? Also, in Michigan you need to wait like 6 weeks to get your license in the mail. Dunno if Virginia is like that or not.

@m23cushI live in the state next to you.....: I live in Wisconsin, and you get the license on the spot. It varies state by state, since it's managed by the states and not on a federal level.

@tennapoplol...: Richmond isn't even on the map for violent cities in the US. Detroit is #3 but there are 2 cities in Miami on the list that are about 10miles from each other, combined add up to more than #1.
