  shit: this movie was shit, they ruined the franchise with this bullshit editing. First one was GREAT. What a hack this director is.

  Have you no souls!?: Watching the fight makes you feel hemmed in, claustrophobic and frantic... If you ask me, a film-maker's job is to convey the protagonist's emotions to you... So this fight scene is actually exquisite. So there :P

    @Plankmeisteri agree with plankmeister here: the fight scene uses rapid scene changing and shaky camera movement to convey the speed of the martial art. since you cant punch full speed when trying to film the movie and make it a stunt, you utilize other camera tricks to amplify the speed and tenacity. the martial art is Kali by the way, very brutal, very fast, very deadly. portrayed excellently here.
