accident: A waterfall develops a downword breeze along it's surface or a "low pressure area" that takes from around it. Tends to suck anything around into itsself. I was told this long ago before anyone thought of base-jumping. The French used this phenom. to compress air for blastfurnaces by inclosing the stream.

NOT FAKE: you bit**es say ing this is fake, you are wrong. Ignorant americans(not all of you). This is real footage with real people. The movie is Called 1st Base and its a norwegian film with mostly norwegian people in it. Base jumping is close to our national sport.

He is the co-founder of stunt junkies and he is a base jumper and wingsuit pilot. He is also doing testing to land a wingsuit without a parachute. FAKE: The mountains and cliffs are actually just scale models about 1 foot high. Base jumping isn't real - just like wrestling.

@tokenstraightguyNo: I am just going to assume you are being sarcastic. On Discovery HD, they did a show on base jumping. Amazing stuff. They even stuck a camera on a jumper's head and filmed it from the initial jump until touchdown. Highly doubt that was fake.
