Wrecked Ferrari Pulled Out of Lake

If this situation is anything like Ferris Bueller's Day Off, whoever dropped it in the lake will stand up for themselves with confidence. If it isn't like that movie, somebody's probably really pissed.

They should have left it in the water for scuba divers to explore.

Idiots that decided to use flatbeds for this should be fired. Should have used proper wreckers, or better yet, a crane. Sheesh!

    • TheSheriff

      TheSheriff - 2 years ago

@07FJCsheesh your wrong. What are the gona crane it to the body shop after that. A flat bed is what they needed its got a wench and the flat bed to transport the car

    • donttazemebro2

      donttazemebro2 - 2 years ago

@07FJCyou are an idiot07FJC, someone ought to slap your mom. exactly what "proper" wrecker would have done it differently? Have you even pulled a car before?

    • Jackass9

      Jackass9 - 2 years ago

@07FJChe right r tards. they should have attached a crane and lift it over the rocks instead of dragging it across and causing further damage

    • Rukeh

      Rukeh - 2 years ago

@07FJCHey Jackass, Im pretty sure they just pulled the car out of a lake...what are they gonna do, get a crane to not 'cause further damage' leave it out to dry, and sell the undamaged parts on ebay?? Pretty sure whoever owned wouldn't give a give a rats ass as long as they got their insurance.

    • lowzone1

      lowzone1 - 2 years ago

@07FJCrukeh is right, its totalled no matter what. 99% chance the driver was driving it too fast, lost control into the lake, engine running..hydrolocked and DONE. the electrical system alone might be a close total in costs. its a shame, the workmanship in Ferraris are among the best out there.

supposedly the driver drove into the lake when swerving to avoid hitting a kid on a bike. Several sites have same story but until I see driver or witness saying what hapen then i dunno.

      KeithDPatrick - 2 years ago

@cyberbulldog13Ya but who really knows. He was probably driving like a dumb ass and crashed and said that he saved a kid's life to appear noble. Whatever helps the guy sleep easier at night.

Why dont these morons put a piece of plywood on the edge to act as a ramp instead of scraping the shit out of the undercarriage?

    • CattleRancher

      CattleRancher - 2 years ago

@haredxYeah ! A piece of plywood will be a good ramp . NOT ! You DIP$HIT , do you think a piece of plywood would be strong enough to support the weight of the car ?

    • jsho1

      jsho1 - 2 years ago

@haredxIdiot, like it makes a difference it'll prob cost more to get the car repaired for all the water damage than to just get a new one

    • kguittar

      kguittar - 2 years ago

@haredxvalid point. Just b/c the interior is screwed doesn't mean that the undercarriage isn't salvageable. And it doesn't matter if the piece of plywood would support the weight of the car, it's a hell of easier on the car than huge rocks.

    • 1dirtymammal

      1dirtymammal - 2 years ago

@haredxthey have things called sliders for something just like this. you can put one under a wheel or over the rocks. it did go over the rocks once already.

    • tfb0412

      tfb0412 - 2 years ago

@haredxCattlerancher: the plywood would probably crack, but it's not like it's evaporating when it cracks. It would help alot. But that car is wrecked anyways, so who cares.
