I ride bikes myself, and normally stick up for the biker, but when he split the potted plants, he was obviously taking an illegal shortcut which caught the lady off guard. Sad to say but looks like the bikers fault. Not to mention, looked a little quick for residential streets

@Bobby-Webb-989 You're full of shit. Notice that the guy rode between two planters. You don't expect anybody coming out of there faster than 20 MPH. When he passed the planters, he gunned it without paying attention. It was a lack of situational awareness on his part.

@rushforce33 I agree. He was flying past those planters, then accelerated more. The short street that he came blasting out of was only for parking. You don't expect anybody coming out of there faster than 10-15 MPH. He was flying and it was his fault.
