    @treyertSeveral years ago at a shooting range in Bellevue, WA a lady killed her shooting instructor in an accident a lot like this video. She was shooting a gun WAAAAY to big for her a S&W M29 .44 Magnum. All chambers were loaded. She fired three shots. The first went downrange and the recoil put the gun almost vertical, she probably then panicked and squeezed hard to control the weapon.   It's not the woman that's the problem, It's her stupid instructor. She need's to have a high grip on the gun and arms extended more. Plus I always start a new student out with only one round at a time, until I fill they can handle the gun safely.
