In a socialist country like Norway, people actually take care of one another. By having social programs which address the needs of the impaired, they can integrate the social structure, instead of being a burden upon it.

  @ShitStained They're still a burden. Do you think it's cheap to 'socialize'? Throwing money at things doesn't make them less of a burden, it just helps you sleep at night. Government workers are overpaid, can't be fired and don't give a shit about who they're helping. Charity workers, work for free and TRULY want to help. Donate.. don't raise taxes.
