    @t0matocakeNo.: It's a salt flat. The flat is sometimes covered by a thin layer of water at certain times of the year. But, what you're seeing in the video is a mirage effect that happens on the flats.

  He actually: took leave from his job and instead they fired him and gave him like 5 years worth of severence pay and it came out to like 300,000 bucks. so he took like 30,000 of it and traveled the world and made this video. THEN stride paid for him to go to more places.
