Where The Hell is Matt: The answer is he went pretty much everywhere. In 2007 Matt Harding took off on the adventure of a lifetime visiting dozens of countries. Every time he got to a new place he would film himself doing a quirky little dance with the natives. His video took off and became a web sensation!
