yup: ups definitely sucks. i don't know about anywhere else, but where i live, if you live in an apartment, even if it's "signature required", they just leave it by the door, even in apartment buildings where they end up getting stolen 90% of the time. by the way i'm the only one on this site that can spell definitely correctly. i think i should get $400 for that.

i can agree with arguements on both sides.: however, the real issue here is, the tag to this video says:ups driver tosses glass package. I didn't hear any glass break. Dissappointment.

Maybe UPS should hire some more drivers: so these guys wouldn't have only a few seconds alotted for each stop. THAT has more to do with why those guys do that stuff than anything.

The owner is an idiot: Look at all the shit the guy has to walk around to get to the porch. If the retard that lived there kept his property in better condition then maybe he wouldn't need 5 camera's and would get his packages placed nicely on his porch like he wants!

Deliveries: I have personally worked in LTL trucking since 1991...done it all from dockworker, driver, dock supervisor, planner, ops manager and terminal manager. It appears that the driver didn't look for any other place to put the package...and if you look to the left, he could have come around the bushes...it could have been placed in the wagon sitting there...there is no excuse for that...that is piss poor service and I would have as a manager given him a day or so off to think about it...that could h

Also.....: There are machine conveyor belts and whatnot that are used to transport some of the packages which also causes damage to packages.

Throwing the package: It was definately wrong to do but who knows they were not showing what the porch looked like or whatnot. I mean it was possible he could not get to the porch so he threw the package. also his job is to deliver it not package it or whatnot so if it is not properly packed then sorry bout your luck.

Yeah, they suck...: I used to do all the shipping at my old company. I put handle with care, do not bind stickers all over my packages because I worked at a pro photo lab and shipped large prints all over the country. I would say about 50% of not more of the stuff I shipped got damaged. Most of the time it was chrushed corners, but there were also plenty of bend boxes and photos can't take being bent. I used tons of bubble wrap and corner protctors. I always got the impression that since these boxes w
