These are hooligan groups in Europe. They are not gangs. These people do not fight unless it is match day. And usually they are pre-arranged so they can meet up at the same place with there boys and try and get the other group to run away. But unlike gangs this has nothing to do with a neighborhood or turf. This has to do with one teams supporters hating another.
