Im pretty sure the tuber was just abiding by the laws of physics and not trying to get as close to the shore as possible.

the driver of the boat is a total dumbass! If you have no boating skills, or you cannot grasp the laws of logic then maybe you should stay at home. Next time you could very well kill your friend or one of my friend or family! Choke yourself!
