Scary Stuff: I had this happen to me once. I was hauling a load of pipe on a trailer that was certainly heavy enough for it, but didn't get the load balanced properly. The trailer started swaying side to side and got worse and worse until I managed to get it stopped. Only damage to my truck was bent mudflap bracketry that ran beside the leaf springs in the rear. Still have no idea how I managed to control not only the trailer but also the truck as well as I did...

I know the driver—rented trailer was the problem: Slow down, folks. The driver and passenger were more freaked out than you guys. They had towed that same yellow truck, with the same pickup, on a different rented trailer all the way from Oklahoma without incident. I've seen Doug towing before, and his trailer-backing skills in particular are the best I've ever seen. This trip was much shorter. But as you can see, the trailer they rented for the trip, when combined with the winds, just wasn't up to the tas

  @K6WEB Is that a 404 Unimog Raido truck? Looks like the guy must have secured it from the axles. The unimog must be strapped down from the frame or you have 5000lbs of Mercedes engineering swaying around on coil springs.

Driver is a moron: The truck is swerving all over the place, so he keeps gaining on them. Stupid ass. I'll never feel sorry for this guy if he's caught in a chain-reaction accident. And who just happens to be filming to catch something like this?
