  The purpose of the treadmill is for running and/or walking briskly. That will help you lose all that fat you have accumulated on your body. Dancing is stupid. You know when she's not making a fool of herself on the treadmill she's the annoying person sitting on the machine she never uses singing out loud like she actually had a voice someone wants to listen to. Newsflash fatso. You aren't talented!!!
