  hehe: that's RTV 6 Indianapolis, where i live. i was watching this when it occured and it wasn't fake. i think someone in the production room was screwing around and forgot to erase it before it aired hehe. hence the quick deletion ;)

  I call bullshit!: "a couple kids steal the standard traffic image" is made up. It was a kid? Oh, a couple of them? Where do you get this information? Why wasn't it an adult and why would it have to be more than one kid if not an adult? Since that graphic was done IN-HOUSE, on a CLOSED SYSTEM Telestrator, not accessible from or by the net, please DO TELL where you come up with this stunning information?

  Not Fake: It's for real. Saw this live when it happened. Most people who saw it think the weather guy did it. I don't think he realized it would end up on TV. The reason the words were on there is that the traffic screen doubles as a telestrator. It was also before Nipplegate, so the news used to be live in Indianapolis.
