First of all: AZT alone is not a cocktail, there are usually THREE drugs of which one is AZT. Second, he better get a cocktail real quick before he seroconverts. Third, Im willing to bet the biatch got HIV from some a-hole and is now getting revenge by giving it to other guys who might not necessarily be a-holes. What a f-ed up world.
