It's called a barrel roll..... not a kickflip.... a kickflip would imply that there was a giant standing on top of the car that kicked the car to make it flip.

This is at least 20 years too late to be thinking its the first...They used to do this all the time at the car rallies with old beaters and 1 ramp. They didnt need a landing ramp or a lame-ass prop of an oversized skateboard.
