I followed a drunk driver like this once and instead of filming him, I used my camera/phone to call 911.

what a moron. if you see someone swerving down a 2-lane highway, why start video taping with your phone? how about you catch up to him and honk at him. let him know he's doing something wrong. Clearly, by the looks of it, he's not texting but drunk

  @Farkedup LOL, you're a moron. Yea catch up to him, get next to the guy (ON A ONE WAY ROAD), and attempt to communicate with someone all over the road like that? Either you're going to get in a head on collision or he is going to side-swipe you. Keep your distance, call 911 and navigate the police to him is what a person who isn't a moron would do.

  @katastrophik lol he doesn't have to look at his phone, camera while filming though, texting you do, filming you don't. You don't really have a distraction with a camera, just holding it, no different then someone using one hand to shift.

The break people are stupid, obviously by the uploader saying that he ruled out texting cuz a the guy was swerving around, when someone is texting after they swerve they generally don't do it again. It was a constant swerve, the guy couldn't keep the car straight, while texting you would straighten out then text, so you'd go in a straight line, this guy looks like he was constant turning the wheel.
