I carry a knife with me 24/7 and if i was walking my dog and that happened I would not hesitate to slit the other dogs throat open because this is just complete idiocy thinking that a past troubled dog is fine because you take it away from its owner.

sorry but i actually enjoyed this. i have two neighbors, BOTH of which have VERY annoying dogs that like to BARK at 1 in the morning waking me from my sleep when i have work early in the morning. lately ive fantasized about dog abuse.
