@jackslick Actually from my own experience, it takes a lot more skill than "tournament" fighting. First, if you only know one style you get you ass beat. Second, they don't stop you after each hit and give you a point. Third, You either lose by getting knocked out or subbed, not point accumulation. And lastly, the way in which they fight demands a lot more physical development. I'm not saying that regular martial artist are pussies, I'm just saying that MMA is a whole different world.
