Ok, let's get a couple of things straight. First of all, this is not a cop. Rich people can buy a license in Russia so they can use emergency lights on their cars. No shit. And the blue bucket is a symbol of protest since many people who think that this emergency light license bullshit is stupid and unfair they put blue buckets on the roof of their car resembling the real emergency lights.

It´s not a cop... it´s just a fat corrupt russian, who paid 10k for that light to get faster through traffic. Many russians are tired of those rich bastards and got a blue bucket on their cars for protest.

Cops there apparently are more lenient... In America they would have called for back up tackled his ass, tazed him, kicked him around, tazed him again then arrested him for resisting arrest.

  @Officer_DoooshThe French have won much more wars than the US ever did. The US exist partly thanks to the French (just check out who Lafayette is and what he did...). The average French citizen has a much greater culture and general knowledge than the average US citizen. Ex French President Chirac was the first foreign President to present official condolences to the US on 9/11 and to go pray on Ground Zero. Also, the French police has much better results than most US police forces... And this video is absolutely not shot
