This is not a seizure, it is just your brains way to get blood back to your head. I am a train mma specialist, we see this all the time, your muscles tighten and loosen fast pushing blood to your head.

It's called "charotid synus reflex" and it's where the brain thinks your suffering with high blood pressure so it slows your heart down starving your brain of oxygen. It could turn you into a vegetable if you do it too many times!
