Also, his legs appeared to be extremely under-developed, proportionately speaking that is, to the rest of his body, let alone to be able to support that much weight. Im ashtonished his skinny legs can even support his extremely obese upperbody. He shouldnt have even attempted that squat. The spotters did absolutely nothing wrong, its not their fault he couldnt even support the weight once removed from the rack.

@Obersturmfuhrerif you think anyone is reading all that,,your a fukn knuckel head. same gos for the dumbazzz below.

      JustinHardt - a year ago

@ObersturmfuhrerYou're a complete IDIOT. Do you really think he'd try that, if he hadn't worked up to it first? Do you really think developed legs look huge? Unless you're a body builder, legs aren't has 'big' as the upper body because of the rib cage having the illusion that it's larger muscle-wise. Where as legs are just muscle with bone in the middle. That's why the upper-body will look larger, idiot.

First of all, his spotters did a shitty job. Im not even gonna go into detail for proper procedure of spotting squat, especially at that weight, they should have known better. Second, when I took weight training, my 5 foot 6 inch partner who weighed 115lbs, squatted 600 lbs even, and a man that looks like 4 times his size, couldn't even do 65lbs more.....wow. Fail.

@vstonedtwo things: 1.) "fatty mc fat fats" could kick your ass you worthless bitch. 2.) have you ever seen marius pudzianowski? he won the worlds strongest man competition and is built like a freakin bodybuilder, hardly any fat on him. the short version: you're both morons.

    • dumbcracker2

      haibachi - 2 years ago

@vstonedMarius Pudzianowski: Of Poland, World Strongman competitor. Hes one of the best theyve ever had. He has between 10-15% body fat, and with that much muscle, he looks ripped as hell. Like dis said, hes won the title "world's strongest man" what, four times now?

    • quiksin

      quiksin - 2 years ago

@vstonedRonnie Coleman:: 400lbs for eight reps on bench. that fat man couldnt get close to doing that. http://my.break.com/con

      Disgustipated - 2 years ago

@vstonedgood point: and i'm not bashing ronnie, i think hes one of the best bodybuilders of our time, but hes all roided out, pudzianowski lists "milk" as his only training supplement.

Painful: when I workout I like to better my body so that I will live longer. Squatting is for taking a shit. Does nothing but ensure you are going to have a bad lower back when you are fifty. I know its supposed to make you stronger, but higherreps and less weight makes you stronger. not 650 pounds.

    • Disgustipated

      Disgustipated - 2 years ago

@CanadianJayno: low reps and high weight are proven more effective in strength training. asshat.

    • ProudAmerican00

      ProudAmerican00 - 2 years ago

@CanadianJayYeah...: high reps and less weight is for muscular stamina. low reps and more weight is for muscular strength.

    • AceSmokes

      AceSmokes - 2 years ago

@CanadianJayyou: know nothing. Stop sullying canadas good name. Poser. If you knew anything, you can squat properly to avoid back injury. Humans were MADE to use their backs. You wouldnt know that because you dont work out. You sit at home on break and make up a life.

my friend can squat 750 lbs. and he's a sophomore in high school: besidss, when you're fat, you don't lift weight's you go to weight watchers to watch it.

    • agey55

      agey55 - 2 years ago

@i_iz_teh_wolfi'm gonna: call bullshit on that and your following comment both a)didn't make any sense and b)if it did, was completely ignorant.

    • DRich816

      DRich816 - 2 years ago

@i_iz_teh_wolfbullshit: sophomore in highschool, that makes him between 15 and 16 years old... if he was actually squatting that he would absolutely shatter the current world record for kids that young.. and if he has even touched that weight, he probably did shit form.. AND if im still wrong, he probably used squat suit which increases your squat by like a 100 bullshit pounds

    • bigdiamondjim

      bigdiamondjim - 2 years ago

@i_iz_teh_wolfI'm gonna have to agree: with DRich816 on this one. 16 Year old squatting 750 lbs is bullshit. I iz the wolf, i declare shananigans.

    • hampsted

      hampsted - 2 years ago

@i_iz_teh_wolfyeah: that's a lie squat and leg press aren't the same thing dumb fuck. don't even pretend a sophomore did that.

    • B_Brian

      B_Brian - 2 years ago

@i_iz_teh_wolfYou both are wrong...: Age has nothing to do with anything?? ever hear about the kid who when he was 12 years old and only 70 some pounds benching almost 300?? There was a sophmore in my school that I helped spot while he was squating almost 700...and he did it 6 times...with no ones help and he is only 17. Age and year having nothing to do with anything, it is how much you train, im sorry no one in your school took weight training seriously, I weigh only 167 and I bench 350, squat 575 and power clean 250.

    • sickboy2274

      sickboy2274 - 2 years ago

@i_iz_teh_wolfI believe: If you pump enough steroids into any 16 year old he could probably squat that until he matures and all his organs shut down!

  • GATORBAIT_9

    GATORBAIT_9 - 2 years ago

maybe: he should have taken more steroids. This isn't that much weight anyways. High school kids do this much.
