if you are in handcuffs in a secured room... you should never get slapped in the face by a cop. Just ignorant. Just leave them in the room in cuffs for 18 hours or so and see if they feel like being civil.

It looks to me that she had the movement of spitting in the cops face. maybe next time she will learn not to spit int he cops face.
