      @fuel500Doubtful, I believe she has entered into her slut mode. Certain females, usually between the ages of 17-25 will enter a slut mode where they can act drunk after a single drink. They use this method to gain attention from nearby men the girls hope to breed with later that night. Although often the girl is only using this method to tease the other men when she will eventually call up her old mate to have his douche ass come over for a one night stand.
