not a tanker. it looks like a metal pipe they use in large sewage or run-off projects filled with something volatile and with tractor tires stuck in each end. when the thing explodes you see two black donut-shaped objects coming out of either side. Pretty sure that tankers don't have tractor tires on the ends of their carriage cylinders. if this was a real tanker (a sealed metal tanker) the explosion would have been enormously larger and those soldiers would have had a good chance of getting hurt
