@answermeuidiotI don't know in which part of Russia you live but: in Poland, not a lot of ppl speak english, especially outside of the main cities, and from what I heard (from the Polish ppl) Russia is no different and possibly worse when it comes to the languages ppl speak. Even in Germany you have a tough time, that's why you pick up on the local languages to adjust.
