  Need more info: That was not over a busy street during rush hour. It was on a mountain road with cars staged to be there just as they jumped. It is in central Utah Above Fairview Canyon.

  Cool but dangerous..: One of the drivers could panic and drive off the road or into oncoming trafic. Also, just imagine one of his hands slipping just after he's airborne. He could have been run over by multiple vehicles. Oh well, I guess that's what makes this video worth our time.

Its a depower kite they only work depowerable wen there hooked in. to you, So no he couldnt of fallen into the road. U really think in those winds here be able to controll a 13m kite for a long period of time just using the strenght of his arms of course not. i know this cus i fly one
