The dog is having a seizure. It is not dreaming. He is disoriented and that's why he is running in to the wall.

  @Andrew-Ford-629Having had a dog with seizures I can tell you first hand that THIS is NOT a seizure. This really is a dream that got very intense. In a seizure they are awake and lose all control of motor skills. This was clearly a dog in a dream running at full sprint that woke himself up while still trying to run from what was in it's dream. Guess what, people do this too.
