Somehow a skier fell out of his chair while riding a ski lift but luckily was able to grab the sidebar of the chair. As he hangs there everyone kinda just looks on offering no signs of help until he finally lets go and falls about 30 feet into the snow.

    What really happened: This is in mcconkie lift in Parkcity Utah, the kids jacket got stuck on the lift and he was being held up my his helmit. the object you see is his helmit that he unbuckled then he was unable to get out of the lift.

    like the girl and guy said: his backpack got stuck as he tried to get off the lift and it just dragged him around the bull wheel and hit the stop gate and those big lifts take a few yards to stop which is why hes out that far

      @holidayzeven though powder: is soft it compacts realy hard somtimes i could be complletely wrong but with my fair share of falls into powder about 30 % of them the snow compacted and it hurt like hell
