    What an idiot!: As of 7/01/07 scateboarders will be required to where helments here in New Mexico. This law will result in a futher drop in the IQ of the human race because fewer of these idiots will die in scateboard accidents, thus allowing them to pass thier dumbass genes to the next generation. I think monkeys will pass us up in about 125 years!!
