i'm surprised by how many people are calling this kid a dumb ass and how he needs to get a life (etc..). While yes, i agree this isn't the smartest thing to be doing, you have to give this kid a ton of credit for his persistence. He must also have a real passion for skating if he is willing to put his body through that kind of pain just to get his desired result. This is not funny. I knew this kid... his name was Joshua Bennett and he suffered from a severe psychiatric illness that caused him to intentionally hurt himself every waking minute of his life, along with severe schizophrenia. He was very unstable and would do crazy shit like this all the time, and what this video didn't capture was him rupturing his spine after attempting an ollie from the roof. He was taken to the hospital momentarily, where he deathed of internal bleeding.
