    @jddet1.25kj is 1,250 joules. This is only slightly less powerful than the .222 Remington Magnum. Of course, a coilgun is far more inefficient than a rifle, so you're likely seeing something closer to a 6mm BB than a 5.56mm rifle round.

  I'll stick with my PX4 cuz it shoots 13 more shots without a reload, fits in my waistband and would actually kill someone if I shot them, not just give them a nasty owchie! And it says it is home made.....Really....made from scratch eh? I doubt it....
