I think the issue here is NOT about him resisting arrest... it's about WHY he is being arrested... apparently asking unsavory questions to a presidential candidate is a crime.

I see nothing wrong. from what the reporter is even saying he was spewing tons of questions that yellow pad is a list. The was interested in answers he was trying to incite the crowd and be cool by being stupid. I am surprised he didn't shout howard stern rules at the end. the cops were excorting him out of the building. he then resisted them, which IS a crime. the cops can only do so much. they aren't allowed to punch him or kick his ass. they are allowed to subdue him with reasonable force and then i

I think this was a set up/staged event. the Fed doesn't want people questioning what they do and they call it a "CRAZY CONSPIERICY" if you do. Bush even said, Let us not tolerate wild accusations." Possibly they had this guy ask some "CRAZY CONSPERICY" questions and having him act insubordinate so that sheeple would see people who question the Fed as CRAZY and problem starters. just a thought.

I really hate liberals and foreigners who don't know: crap! Cops have to use the least amount of resistance. (Doesn't always happen but here it did.) When you start resisting your now open to an a$$ whoopin from the cops. They tried talking, they tried guiding, then they tried carrying him. The little prick keep resisting. Even when on the ground he keep on so they couldn't cuff him. Now the cops have to do this without hurting him so tazer was the best option. Pepper spray would have cleared the room. AS

@slave00you two are both idiots. point in fact, it is illegal to resist arrest, and rightfully so. if you are innocent, which this kid would have been had he not resisted arrest, then you will not be charged for anything because you can obviously prove your innocence. Plus you get a cool trip in a police car!
