These two cars attempt the old swoop and squat move which is typically a winning insurance claim in every case except of course when the victim has a dash cam running.

    This right here is why it should not automatically be considered your fault when you hit someone from behind. With this video as evidence, the guy in front should be held responsible.

      @Ryan-Bailey-547And in a court of law that would have been the case hands down. It is your responsibility to ensure you compile evidence against the opposition therefore it recommended everyone has these cameras in their vechiles. The reason why most people are at fault is that you are meant to be aware of the driver in front and gauge your breaking distance in accordance to there distance, in this video however the driver of the other vechile is completely at fault.

    You can tell it's a scam because the guy who gets rear-ended is looking fully at the driver of the truck. Honks his horn to signal the other car to slow down and stop causing the swerve action and the "accident"

    He stopped because of a pedestrian trying to cross the road, that's why the car to the right was stopped, at 00:29 you can see her on the right.

    There's a good chance this wasn't a scam. Unless maybe the stalled car on right was in on it. The car swerved and maybe stopped thinking others would stop.. because there's a damn car parked on a busy road. Even if the guuy that stopped shouldn't have stopped, the law states you are responsible for whats in front of you. The camera car never slows down for the stalled car, or for the car that just cut in front of him.. not a very defensive driver! I say the camera car was wrong.

      @ojmacThe stalled car on the right doesn't seem like a genuine stalled car. It seemed to be moving fine and then slowed down to a stop in the middle of the road. after the accident, it actually moves forward and pulls over on the side of the road. Anyways, although the letter of the law states you are responsible for what's in front of you, thats only for US highways. Most other countries actually attribute fault accordingly.

These are the exact, weaving through traffic doing stupid shit on the freeway fuckheads I think about whenever I see somebody with one of those "Start Seeing Motorcycles" stickers in their back window. How about "I'll start seeing your motorcycle when you stop driving like a douchebag." I want that sticker.
