  @Bitchdrinker I love when people make a general statement about all others around them being stupid... then continue to look stupid themselves for making an idiotic and untrue statement... state law decides that moron, and in most cases you'll find it's illegal to operate any state vehicle while on the phone.... and before you make another idiotic comment, yes, police cruisers are state vehicles.

I tried shit to a state trooper, here in newyourk- got a ticket for tint on my Lexus , he was on his phone and my friend pushed his buttons about driving/ using a cellphone ( we was on a turning lane)

Most of the police that I met in Russia were quite amiable. Got my picture taken with a few of them at the May Day (May 1) parade in full dress. Talked our way out of a speeding ticket as well. Of course, that one was easy because cardboard cutouts can't issue citations. lol Russia, what a crazy country.
