I think: that the guy that comes up and pushes him and falls down did that to act like he punched him as well when he saw his teammate on the ground. It doesnt matter what the cameras see just what the refs see so he could make it look like he had been punched to. Players do it all the time in rugby and soccer.

@timrugbyflankerthats right, its not rugby: when the blue player fumbles the ball forward, thats a knock on in rugby and would result in a penalty to the blue team. plus, when he kicks the ball at the end, every blue player ahead of him is offsides and would result in another penalty. and those are not rugby posts in the try zone.
