  Watch closer. It takes a keen eye.: I thought she left go of the rope. Follow the movment of the elastic cord as the boat begins to move forward. The handle attached to the elastic cord catches the back of the boat and then springs forward hooking the girls jersey, pulling her out of the boat. Thats what I see...

  This is what happened.: This is what happened: Girl dropped rope...well, she slung it out a little to her left. If you watch closely, an oar from the boat to her left flips it up and mirculously, it lassos her and yanks her off the boat.
